1. Using this website

This website is operated by Indigo Data Services Pvt Ltd and provides information about Indigo Softwares, Indigo IT and Indigo Cloud. These terms apply to your use of the website and its enquiry forms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Separate written quotations, order confirmations, product licences, service agreements and support terms apply to services you purchase. Website information does not replace those documents or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Enquiries & registration requests

Please provide accurate information and submit requests only for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent. Do not include confidential credentials, patient information or payment-card information in messages.

The MedicoERP, iBackup, iWorkforce and MikroTik FW Manager signup forms currently submit an assisted-registration request. A successful submission confirms receipt of the request only. It does not create an active software account, issue a licence, reserve capacity or confirm a purchase. Indigo will discuss requirements and any applicable commercial terms before activation.

3. Products, prices & services

Features, configurations, availability, brand associations and service offerings may change. Confirm the relevant details with Indigo before placing an order. Any quotation should specify pricing, applicable taxes, scope, delivery or setup arrangements and support coverage.

Hardware warranties are subject to the applicable manufacturer and sale terms. Custom software scope, intellectual property arrangements, milestones and support must be set out in the relevant project agreement. Cloud resources, backup retention, restore arrangements, access controls and service levels are governed by the applicable service agreement.

4. Payments, cancellations & refunds

This website does not currently take online payments. Payment instructions and any cancellation or refund conditions must be confirmed in the applicable quotation, order or service agreement before you purchase.

When online checkout becomes available, the price, taxes, renewal conditions and relevant payment, cancellation and refund terms will need to be shown before payment. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer or statutory remedy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this website to submit fraudulent requests, impersonate others, distribute malicious material, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect the service or address misuse, subject to applicable law.

6. Content & brand ownership

Indigo’s name, website content and related materials are owned by Indigo or used with relevant rights or permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their display identifies products, associations or solutions; it does not transfer any ownership or usage rights.

You may view and share links to the website for legitimate informational purposes. Other use of protected content requires the relevant rights or permission, except where permitted by law.

7. Third-party services

This website links to external applications, social networks, messaging services and maps. These services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before use. Indigo does not control the availability or content of independently operated websites.

8. Availability & responsibility

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network issues or other interruptions. Please verify information important to a purchase or business decision directly with Indigo.

Marketing descriptions are not a guarantee of uninterrupted access, a particular business result or recovery of every file. Specific responsibilities and service commitments belong in the relevant agreement. Liability is governed by applicable law and any valid service agreement; these terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may revise these terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to website terms do not automatically amend an existing signed service agreement.
